"We bought an amazing property in Cold Spring, NY looking south towards the Hudson River. We then interviewed several architects before finding Peter Smith an amazing talent in developing a plan that incorporated the natural surroundings and positioning of our house. He designed the
house of our dreams. But without the right developer and builder this entirely unique 2 building
home with a 25-foot-high greenhouse connecting the two structures we would have had a shell of a
building that could easily have lost its DNA, it’s reasoning to exist. We were introduced to Kris Pavicand his company and while we did not realize it initially this turned out to be a stroke of genius. We still look back at this relationship today, 20 years after building our home in amazement and excitement. Kris took the design and built a home that not only fulfilled our idea but took them to a new level, one we could not have imagined without his input, ingenuity, drive and importantly creativity.
